Job summary

Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members in Farncombe, delivering friendly, helpful service in a busy store. The role includes working on the shop floor, tills, or bakery, with weekend shifts and a requirement to be 18+.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to help strengthen community ties and promote Co-op membership. This part-time position offers 12 hours per week with overtime, 13.04 GBP per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers on the shop floor and tills.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations to keep shelves stocked and prices updated.
• Work hands-on in-store bakery or post office as required by the store.
• Support daily operations to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.
