Job summary

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our store team in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly service, help stock shelves, operate tills, and support daily operations to create a great shopping experience.

Training is provided and you will be paid £13.04 per hour with a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts. Roles may involve working in the post office, bakery, or assisting with online orders, with at least two closing shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly, helpful service is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly across a range of shifts including weekends.
• Interest in retail and helping customers in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations with friendly service and by helping to resolve issues.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly on the shop floor and tills.
• Contribute to stocking shelves, check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
