Job summary

Co-op Lisburn is recruiting a Customer Team Leader to run daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You’ll work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with potential involvement in post office or bakery services depending on the store.

You will drive stock availability, promotions, and community engagement while promoting Co-op membership and delivering everyday low prices. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and leadership.
• Ability to work flexibly and lead by example.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and leading a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
