Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Customer Support Advisor at our HQ on the Diamond Road near Crumlin. The role involves responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat, troubleshooting order and account issues, and delivering excellent service while spotting sales opportunities.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts. The site is remote and requires a full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
