Speedy Freight is seeking an Operations Advisor in Swindon to join the Branch Support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers, managing bookings and communications to ensure smooth operations.

Based at our Swindon branch, you’ll thrive in a busy environment, coordinating deliveries and handling inquiries with a proactive, solution-driven approach. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles or call-centre environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers.
• Handle bookings and respond to emails.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and suppliers.
• Keep customers updated throughout their journey.
• Solve problems quickly and confidently.
