We’re hiring for a Customer Support Executive to join a global manufacturer based in Droylsden.

We’re hiring for a Customer Support Executive to join a global manufacturer based in Droylsden.

This is a role that will see you playing a key role in supporting their international customer base and ensuring seamless pre-sales and order processes.

What’s on offer?

• £28,000 - £31,000 per year
• Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 4:00pm
• Early finish on Fridays
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Quarterly bonuses
• Enhanced pension scheme

What will you be doing as a Customer Support Executive?

• Providing customer service and support to external distributors and clients
• Acting as the first point of contact for product enquiries and general support
• Processing customer orders and handling queries regarding availability and delivery
• Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment
• Managing complaint resolution and customer feedback
• Supporting the development and handling of internet-based sales channels
• Assisting with lead follow-up and contributing to overall sales coordination
  
  

What do you need?

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or supply chain role
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach
