Job summary

Enterprise Control Systems (ECS) is seeking a Customer Support Engineer International in Wappenham, UK. The role combines hands-on engineering with extensive international travel to support RF and datalink systems for defence and government customers globally.

You will install, commission and train users, perform site surveys and trials, and troubleshoot complex networking systems while collaborating with Engineering and Project teams. Hybrid work after onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• Background in RF communications, networking or datalink systems.
• Confident delivering technical training and demonstrations.
• Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.
• Ex-military candidates with communications or networking experience are encouraged to apply.

Looking for a role that combines advanced technology, international travel and hands-on engineering?

At Enterprise Control Systems (ECS), part of SPX Technologies, you'll support world-leading RF and datalink communication systems used by defence and government customers globally

From commissioning systems internationally to delivering customer training no two weeks are the same.

What you'll do

• Install, commission and support advanced RF and datalink systems
• Deliver customer training and live technical demonstrations
• Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests, site surveys and customer trials
• Troubleshoot networking and communication systems worldwide
• Work closely with Engineering and Project teams to deliver exceptional customer support

We're looking for someone with:
