Qualifications

Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a talented graduate or experienced support professional to join a market-leading, disruptive software company in London as a Customer Support Engineer.

You’ll have the chance to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, gaining hands-on experience while supporting customers with technology that is at the forefront of innovation. As the first point of contact for customer issues, you’ll play a critical role in triaging problems and working closely with technical teams to ensure swift resolution.

Location

Central London – 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Requirements
  • A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned University in a STEM-related discipline
  • At least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV)
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash is beneficial
  • Experience demonstrating care for the customer experience (e.g., summer job, internship)
  • A motivated self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in fluent spoken and written English
  • Keen to work in a client-facing technical role
Responsibilities
  • Complete training on the machine learning platform to understand the product's intricacies
  • Act as the main point of contact, liaising with customers and internal teams (primarily the tech team)
  • Manage customer issues from initial report to resolution
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the process
