Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service representative to join Securitas. Your responsibilities will include processing customer requests, developing skills to complete required Data Services Levels, working as part of a team to meet customer requirements, supporting other departments during peak times, and handling administrative tasks. You will also support the Track and Trace department, assist with technical requests, and complete development courses to enhance your skills. Excellent communication skills, customer service experience, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Experience in security technology and SIA CCTV licensing are desirable.
