Field Sales Representative, Bournemouth Fixed Term Contract 12 months

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact in the field? Kellanova (formerly Kellogg's) is looking for a Field Sales Representative FTC for 12 months to cover our Bournemouth and Southampton territory. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a supportive team of 12 field sales reps across the South of the country, reporting directly to the Area Sales Lead.

As we strive to be the best daily, we’ll be looking at you to execute the daily and weekly supply of our products into our major retailers, supporting the growth of our market share and enabling our customers to shop our full portfolio of products daily.

Basic salary between £27,000 to £30,000 (based on experience), bonuses, a company car, and many more benefits to support and reward you in this role.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

- No Cold Calling: You will work with our Field Sales Managers to grow relationships across your territories and our major retail stores.
- Identifying Gaps in The Market: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in the market and the retailers to ‘win in store’.
- Driving Sales: Work on bringing your own initiatives to drive sales and availability of our products.
- Building Customer Relationships: Manage and influence customer relationships at a store level daily, working collaboratively to make a difference.

We’re Looking for Someone With

- The ability to work effectively both independently (home-based role) and as part of a team.
- Good energy, motivation, and a desire to succeed.
- Passion and eagerness to learn (this role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals).
- Some experience in a sales environment or similar role.
- A full UK driver’s license.
