Concentrix in Belfast is seeking a Customer Support Advisor who speaks Czech to join our hybrid team. This full-time role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, with a 40-hour week and a rotating shift pattern from 8am to midnight across Monday to Sunday.

You will handle customer inquiries via social media and email, resolving issues like missing orders, payments, and product availability while maintaining a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Catalan.
• Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Mon-Sun).
• Private location with at least 10 Mbps broadband.
• Clean record with no credit, criminal or disciplinary issues.

Responsibilities

• Pay - Hourly rate of £12.75
• Location - Hybrid role with 2 days in our Belfast office and 3 days from the comfort of your own home!

• Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production on a rotational shift pattern between the hours of 8am-12am Monday to Sunday.

These inquiries may include issues such as missing orders, payment concerns, product availability, and requests for order modifications or cancellations.
