We are looking for a Business Support Co-ordinator / Customer Service Co-ordinator, someone confident, detail-oriented, and great with people, to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced business travel environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Handling a wide range of queries from clients and colleagues via phone and email, ensuring smooth resolution.
  • Troubleshooting daily issues, including system support, reporting, and operational matters.
  • Supporting Client Managers with account administration and customer calls.
  • Taking ownership of tasks and following through with clear communication and timely updates.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in support, operations, or customer service roles, ideally within busy or regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A methodical, proactive mindset—spotting problems early and solving them efficiently.
  • Confidence in using systems and working with reports or data.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in travel, travel agency, or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with 1st line technical support and onboarding processes.
