  3. Issuing airline tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents.
  4. Providing customers with travel advice and information about local attractions.

  6. Staying up to date with industry news and developments.
  7. Ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Keeping current on all forms of payment accepted by the agency.
  9. Working with external vendors to secure the lowest prices and special deals for customers.
  10. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
