As a Business Travel Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service to corporate travelers before, during, and after their trips. Using our innovative technology and dedicated team, we aim to make every travel experience memorable and seamless.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail).
  2. Utilize Amadeus GDS skills.
  3. Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor with insightful recommendations.
  5. Handle bookings ranging from simple to complex, including multi-destination trips and fare exchanges.
  6. Make changes or resolve issues during or before travel.
  7. Perform routine and non-routine tasks.
  8. Benefit from comprehensive training and stay updated via our social intranet.

Qualifications
