Job summary

Ayvens in the United Kingdom is seeking an organised Customer Care Administrator to join our busy team. You’ll process customer requests, resolve queries, and keep records up to date while supporting colleagues across Sales, Customer Care and specialist teams.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, no weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, annual bonus, GAYE, retail discounts, health and wellbeing cover, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and helping others.
  • A team player who can also work independently when needed.

This role is all about helping our customers and supporting our wider teams behind the scenes. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure customer requests are dealt with accurately and on time.
