Selwood Housing is seeking a Customer Support Adviser to join a friendly team on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact, resolving enquiries and providing guidance across telephone, email and face-to-face channels.

You will handle reception duties, build positive relationships with customers, and communicate clearly with empathy. The role offers flexible working opportunities and a supportive development environment.

Formación

• Good literacy and numeracy (minimum grade 4/C in English and Maths) or equivalent.
• Excellent telephone manner and clear communication.
• Experience using a CRM management system.

Responsabilidades
