Customer Accounts Administrator

Location: Fareham

Overall Purpose/Objectives of Role:

  • Assist a team of Customer Account Reps with their daily administration tasks.
  • Support other departmental teams as needed.
  • Order entry onto MAX system.
  • Scanning documents and filing appropriately.
  • Raising repair and spare quotes as required.
  • Communicating current workload to your manager daily.
  • Organising and prioritising workload, emails, and meetings efficiently.
  • Providing general support to the team.
  • Proven experience and understanding of working with SAP systems.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Handling of sales and purchase orders.
  • Ability to collate bids to aid business growth.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
