Job summary

Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd supports a market-leading manufacturing business recruiting a customer service professional. You will handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments, ensuring polite, efficient service across internal and external customers.

Hours are Mon-Thu 08:00–16:30 and Fri 08:00–13:30. Hybrid work is available on Mon and Fri with a rota to cover site needs, ensuring continuous customer support.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (minimum C) or equivalent.
• Experience handling customer enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external teams to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver excellent service.
• Prepare quotations using guidelines and system requirements.
• Ensure export compliance for quotations and orders.
