Job summary

TR, part of Trifast plc, is recruiting a Customer Operations Team Leader to drive performance in a fast-paced contract sales environment at our East Grinstead site. The role is 37.5 hours per week with office-based work for the first 6 months, moving to a hybrid arrangement after probation.

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the contract sales team, coach staff, manage key accounts, and ensure high standards of customer service while delivering revenue growth and maintaining margins.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales or contract sales team.
• Strong focus on process, compliance, and accurate performance management.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the customer operations team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and meet performance targets.
• Oversee attendance, performance reviews, and training needs.
• Coordinate pricing reviews, stock management and KPIs.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure delivery of projects.
• Produce reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
