Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative for the BeNeLux region, based in the UK. You will be in our London or Amsterdam office 3-4 days a week and focus on generating new business leads for a world-class personalization platform.

You’ll cold-call, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth across fashion, travel, and retail clients while earning generous commissions on each closed deal.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of bringing new business.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft).
• Team attitude with creativity in outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert MQLs to SQLs.
• Cold call potential customers and build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and tailor product demonstrations.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Arrange meetings and carry out product demonstrations.
• Follow up swiftly on sales enquiries and send information.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop new business.
• Research the market and identify potential ICPs.
• Attend industry events to generate business leads.
