Qualifications

• Experience within a customer service environment.
• Excellent communication both face-to-face and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment.
• Strong team player
• A desire to look for opportunities to improve and collaborate.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources.
• Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner.
• Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communications.
• Collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements.
• Complete daily routine and ensure deadlines set are completed on time.
• Dealing with delivery disputes, raising customer returns and dealing with invoice queries.
