Job role: Customer Success Executive

RS Safety Solutions are going through an exciting period of growth and due to this we are seeking to expand our Customer Success team here in Melton, therefore we are Interested in talking with experienced customer service professionals looking for their next adventure!

What you will be doing:

You will be providing excellent customer service with a high emphasis on communication. Maintain customer satisfaction by supplying problem-solving resources. Proactively manage customer orders in a correct and timely manner. Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service through effective communications. To collaborate with the team and business on daily and continuous improvements. Complete daily routine and ensure deadlines set are completed on time. Dealing with delivery disputes, raising customer returns and dealing with invoice queries.
