Job summary

QA is seeking a motivated apprentice to join our Business Relationship team in the UK. You will support day-to-day administration and customer engagement to ensure excellent service for customers, suppliers and colleagues.

No IT experience required. A positive attitude, strong communication skills and a desire to develop a career in a professional business environment are essential. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
• No previous IT experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
