Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Stock Controller at our Derby site to manage material handling from delivery through to customer receipt, ensuring service, quality and business standards are met. This role involves 'scan and replenish' stock, setting up storage locations, and frequent communication with customers face-to-face and via Teams.

You will also drive a company van to deliver parts across the UK, with a rotating days/afternoons/nights shift and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse environment.
• Experience interacting with external customers.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a rotational shift pattern (days, afternoons, nights) and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Handle material movements from delivery to customer receipt.
• Scan and replenish to meet stock availability targets.
• Set up storage locations and ensure company standards.
• Communicate with customers face-to-face and via Teams.
• Use company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.
