Job summary

JDP in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Stock Controller to support our Supply Chain team. You will ensure stock is replenished efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and transfers between branches are coordinated to meet demand.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to analyse data to drive improvements. A customer-focused approach and experience in stock control or administration are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Stock control and inventory processes experience preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and record-keeping required.
• Ability to analyse stock data and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage Slim4 stock replenishment to maintain optimal levels.
• Process branch and supplier orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate internal stock transfers between branches.
• Support day-to-day stock replenishment administration.
• Maintain accurate stock records and system information.
• Report on stock checks, analyse results and identify discrepancies.
• Manage slow-moving and excess stock.
• Respond to branch and supplier queries professionally.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain colleagues sharing product and market knowledge.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives.
