Job summary

Incora is seeking a Customer Stock Controller at our Derby site to manage material handling from delivery through to customer receipt, ensuring service, quality and business standards are met. This role involves 'scan and replenish' stock, setting up storage locations, and frequent communication with customers face-to-face and via Teams.

You will also drive a company van to deliver parts across the UK, with a rotating days/afternoons/nights shift and on-call duties.

## Customer Stock ControllerApply: Derby, United Kingdom: Full time: Posted Today: JR106198**We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Stock Controller to join us at our site in Derby.**As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.As a **Customer Stock Controller,**you will be responsible for all of the material handling processes from the point of delivery of product through to receipt by the customer ensuring that customer service, quality, and business requirements are met to the highest standards.This will involve a 'scan and replenish' of parts to ensure stock availability targets are achieved as well as the setting up of storage locations and mediums to ensure they adhere to the agreed company standards.This varied role will also see you have high levels of communication with the customer both face to face and remotely via Teams, responding to requests for urgent parts and locating stock.You will also be required to use a company van to deliver parts to other customer sites across the UK.**About You**You will have some previous experience of working in a **logistics** or **warehouse** environment as well as some experience of i**nteracting with external customers**.You will be **flexible** enough to work a **rotational shift pattern** that will include a mixture of **days, afternoons and nights** as well as being 'on call' on a rotational basis after a period of training has been completed.
