Job summary

Selfridges is seeking a Stock Operative to ensure stock is accounted for in the loading bay and store, supporting the sales team by managing deliveries and paperwork with initiative and attention to safety and housekeeping.

You will work with colleagues to receive deliveries on time, move stock between locations, keep records up to date, and communicate clearly with stakeholders about delays or issues, contributing to a smooth in-store operation.

Responsibilities

• Support with organising and prioritising deliveries to ensure on-time processing and correct department delivery
• Collaborate with B&M on RTW/RTVs and prepare items for dispatch
• Keep records up to date to track stock movements
• Maintain a clear loading dock and keep back of house areas and fire exits clear
• Manage movement of stock between locations
• Regularly update stakeholders about deliveries, delays, or missing items
• Distribute deliveries to the correct designated areas
