We have a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a Customer Services Officer to join our Manningham Housing Association Customer Services Team. You will be working with customers from a culturally diverse and vibrant community. You will be eager to make a difference in the lives of our customers and their families by ensuring that our customers receive excellent front-line service.
The Role
Position: Customer Services Officer (Full-time)
Salary: £26,336.70 per annum
Location: 30 Manor Row, Bradford
Hours: 37 hours over 5 days (Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.00 pm)
Period of Contract: Permanent
The Person
We are looking for someone with the right mix of skills and abilities to work within customer services to provide excellent service for customers at the first point of contact.
