Job Description:

Our client, an incredibly successful, fast-growing Business Consultancy, is looking to recruit a personable Customer Services Expert to join their expanding Customer Services operation. Based in a modern Central London office (over 100 FTE) and working on a hybrid basis with great Monday - Friday hours, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate(s).

Our client offers consultancy services to businesses seeking to start or grow, providing solutions and advice on a wide range of technical issues. They have grown extensively since their establishment over 10 years ago and are based in a recently-refurbished, modern Central London location with amenities such as a games room, chill-out area, and office dogs. They emphasize delivering exceptional service to their clients, and are looking for an additional team member to act as the first point of contact for customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat queries from B2B clients
  2. Dealing with various queries covering solutions, technical issues, and complaints
  3. Recording all customer information on the company CRM
  4. Providing excellent service to all clients
  5. Exceeding Customer Service targets/KPIs

To be considered for this position, it is essential that you have:

  1. 1-3 years' experience handling inbound calls/emails in a Customer Service environment
  2. Articulate, professional telephone manner
  3. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  4. A fun, sociable personality
  5. A genuine desire to progress in a rapidly-growing company

The position offers a competitive basic salary of £32,000, plus:

  • Additional £250 in bonuses monthly (£3,000 total) based on performance against Customer Service targets
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Great working hours: Monday - Friday
  • Modern office environment with social spaces and office dogs
