Job summary

Liz Orpwood Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a friendly and successful Cambridge-based company to recruit a Customer Support / Internal Sales specialist. You will provide customer support, create quotes, process orders and update delivery information while following up on enquiries and tenders.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. This role suits someone currently working in customer services, sales support, or order processing and offers a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer services roles is preferred.
• Able to create quotes and process orders accurately.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
