You will handle CRM data, GDPR compliance, reporting, and act as a first point of contact by phone and email, with a salary of 30,000–32,000 per annum and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM data, imports, income processing and data quality.
• Maintain communication preferences and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Produce reports, audience selections and data insights for campaigns and events.
• Be the first point of contact for participants and customers via phone and email.
• Support registrations, online platforms and customer enquiries.
• Prepare event materials, participant communications and mailings.
• Coordinate administrative processes to help events run smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery.
