Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a CRM Coordinator/Data & Campaign Administrator based in Cannock on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will ensure data quality in Salesforce, support targeted marketing campaigns, and help drive business growth through accurate data management and GDPR-compliant practices.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the Cannock office and 2 days remote, plus a competitive salary and 25 days leave.

Qualifications

Experienced in CRM administration, data management, or data cleansing, ideally within Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large data sets.
Able to support email marketing campaigns and analyse campaign results.

Responsibilities

Own the stewardship, quality, and governance of customer data within Salesforce, ensuring records remain accurate, relevant, and GDPR compliant.
Extract, cleanse, validate, and maintain large volumes of CRM data to support business and marketing activities.
Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including data preparation, personalisation checks, link testing, and campaign deployment.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, engagement, and unsubscribe rates.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to promote best practice data management across the business.
