Job summary

INDCORE is seeking a proactive and organised Customer Account Executive on a part-time maternity cover until March 2028. The role focuses on handling customer accounts, providing administrative and customer support, and helping to drive business growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

Part-time hours range from 16.5 to 36.5 per week, with a 36.5 hour week and Friday finish at 12pm. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Account Managers, Planning and Operations

Qualifications

• Experience in account handling or customer service.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident communicating with customers via telephone, email, and in person.
• Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment desirable.
• Experience using ERP/CRM systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the customer advocate within the business.
• Manage and support customer accounts alongside Sales Account Managers.
• Process sales orders and amendments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all relevant departments are updated regarding order requirements and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue quotations while proactively following up on opportunities.
• Support customer relationship development and business growth initiatives.
• Work closely with Planning and Operations teams to maintain accurate order schedules.
• Attend production meetings and communicate updates to customers where required.
• Ensure company procedures and environmental policies are followed at all times.

The successful Customer Account Executive will act as the key point of contact for customer accounts, providing outstanding administrative and customer support while helping to drive business growth and maintain excellent client relationships.

Part time hours: Can range between 16.5 hours up to 36.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
