HCA Laboratories in London – based at Shropshire House – is hiring a Customer Services Coordinator to manage telephone enquiries, mail distribution and coordination with the Commercial Team. The role supports multiple departments and liaises with clients, hospitals and consultants to ensure timely information and service delivery.

The successful candidate will handle calls, assist with tests, and prepare letters while understanding test turnaround times and third-party requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with handling high volumes of telephone inquiries.
• Familiarity with switchboard/telephony systems.
• Understanding of laboratory terminology and test mnemonics.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and distribute to appropriate teams.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and letters; prepare correspondence.
• Provide provisional price quotes to clients and liaise with couriers and third parties.
