HCA Laboratories in London (Shropshire House) is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator. This full-time role handles incoming calls, mail distribution, test requests, and correspondence, with the Customer Care mailbox as a focal point. You will support the Commercial Team and liaise with clients and hospitals.

Based in London, the role offers 37.5 hours per week with shifts between 07:30 and 20:00, and a wide range of employee benefits reflecting HCA UK’s commitment to care and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different sample types and suitability.
• Experience of using switchboard/telephone system.
• Understanding of Expanse computer system and test mnemonics.
• Knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and distribute them to the right teams.
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and postal tasks.
• Take telephone requests for tests and liaise with labs/clients.
• Prepare and distribute letters, using mail merge as needed.
• Maintain the Customer Care mailbox and support the Commercial Team.
