Our client based in High Wycombe, is looking to recruit a Call Handler to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a great telephone manner and a can do attitude with previous office experience.

The hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00.

Key Duties Include

• Processing orders and liaising with customers to arrange delivery of supplies
• Making reminder calls to customers
• Dealing with incoming calls and queries appropriately
• Processing Orders
• General administration tasks

• Previous customer service or administration experience

This role is available immediately, so please do not delay in applying. There is a subsidised canteen, and comfortable break out facilities on site.
