Starting salary to £24,500. Increasing to £26,000. Plus Bonus up to £200 per month.

We are keen to talk with people who bring a customer-focused approach - previous office or contact centre experience is not essential; however, you will be comfortable and confident communicating with people via the phone and email.
Note, at the moment, our teams work slight shift patterns over a 5 day, 37.5 hour week to cover 8am to 8pm and a weekend on a rota basis (circa 1 every 5 weeks).
