Are you Completely Customer Focused? Becoming an Apprentice Customer Service Assistant with us offers a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with customers. You don’t need to be an expert in our products; you’ll join our industry-leading apprenticeship programme to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviours, setting you up for future success.

Our CCF Pursuit of Better Certificate is a 12-month Apprenticeship that will equip you to succeed in your role. Throughout the programme, you will explore:

• The products we sell and the services we provide
• What makes us different and keeps us as the number one choice for our customers

Our Apprenticeships focus on your development, including study time in your workweek, so you can achieve your qualification without affecting your work-life balance. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with customers over the counter and on the phone by taking orders, providing quotes, offering solutions, and recommending products
• Being helpful and friendly, getting to know our customers personally
• Using your knowledge of our products to assist with inquiries, provide product information, prepare quotes, and help customers with their purchases
