Based at our Leeds offices we’re recruiting for a Customer Services Agent to join our team, who cover the whole of the UK supplying a diverse customer base. Working for the largest independent construction materials business in the UK and Ireland, you won’t be restricted by lots of red tape; you will have the opportunity to engage with your customers, truly getting to know them.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Services Agent, you’ll be a key member of our Commercial team, delivering an excellent customer experience and providing essential support to our core materials business.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with inbound customer enquiries, pricing, following up, and securing orders.
Using your strong organisational skills, you’ll track orders and keep key stakeholders up to date — ensuring a smooth delivery process directly to our customers’ doors.
You’ll be accountable for delivering excellence in our customer experience — from pricing and technical guidance to ensuring the correct product is supplied, processed, and delivered. This includes managing orders, distribution, and after-sales care, while minimising customer queries and complaints.
Working closely with our customers, operations, and transport teams by phone and email, you’ll coordinate delivery of our market-leading self-binding gravels and decorative aggregate products and RMX concrete. Your aim will be to provide a smooth, reliable service that upholds our promises while optimising commercial performance.
