Customer Service Coordinator - Hybrid


Location: East Croydon


Employment Type: Full Time - Permanent


Salary: £25,400


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 17:00PM


Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)


Start Date: ASAP


You will be working for our client, an award-winning tech leader, as a Customer and Client Support Specialist.


About the role:
  1. Support clients with queries and requests via Zendesk.
  2. Communicate with stakeholders across the company regarding issues.
  3. Operate in a fast-paced environment handling a variety of topics.

About You:
  1. Ability to work quickly, respond to queries in excellent written English, and handle various cases.
  2. Experience in customer support with a passion for problem-solving and going above and beyond.
  3. Team player capable of collaborating across departments and systems.

Skills Required:
