Shift patterns: 37.5 Hours between 0800 - 1800, Monday to Friday

Location: Rugby, CV23

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced First Line Manager / Team Leader to play a vital role managing a small team and providing support and escalation for the customer.

What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Train, develop & support the team with the fluidity needed for the changing needs of the customer, including Brexit / Customs documentation.
  • Ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and team.
  • Achieve contractual daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
  • Manage the team through succession planning, development, coaching, and training.
  • Provide issue resolution and act as the first point of escalation for the team.
