About the Role

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking an experienced First Line Manager / Team Leader to manage a small team, providing support and escalation for the customer.

Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, and support the team to adapt to changing customer needs, including Brexit and Customs documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Achieve contractual KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Manage team development through succession planning, coaching, and training.
  • Provide issue resolution and act as the first point of escalation for the team.
Candidate Requirements

  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Customer service or relationship management experience.
  • Experience in administration, preferably Customs administration.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams.
