Selco Builders Warehouse is hiring a Branch Leader to drive a high-performing sales team and deliver outstanding customer service across the branch. You will manage daily desk operations, grow trade customer relationships, and use data to push sales, margins and KPI performance while maintaining safety and compliance.

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage the daily operation of the sales desk for fast, friendly service.
• Drive branch sales and margins to meet KPIs and targets.
• Build relationships with trade customers to support retention and growth.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability.
• Coach colleagues to develop product knowledge and service skills.
• Support branch management and act as senior on duty when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security and compliance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage the daily operation of the sales desk, ensuring customers receive a fast, friendly and efficient service.
• Drive the branch sales and margin plan to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with trade customers, supporting customer retention, account growth and new business.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and team performance.
• Coach colleagues to develop product knowledge, commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• Support the wider branch management team and take responsibility for branch operations when acting as the most senior leader on duty.
• Ensure all safety, security and compliance procedures are followed across the branch.
