Job summary

Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a hands-on Branch Leader to drive outstanding customer service and efficient store operations. You will manage a busy shopfloor, yard, and Goods-In areas, ensuring accurate stock levels and compelling merchandising while coaching a team to perform at a high standard.

In this role, you’ll own stock lifecycle, pricing accuracy, and promotional changes, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Leads and develops a team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
• Oversees day-to-day shopfloor and external yard operations, including checkouts and Goods-In.
• Manages full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment and sale.
• Maintains stock availability and integrity, minimising losses and handling damaged/discontinued stock.
• Drives sales and profitability through robust operational standards and stock control.

Responsibilities
