Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a proactive branch leader to drive high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets. You will manage the sales desk daily operations, coach colleagues, and build strong relationships with trade customers to foster retention and growth.

In this role you will use performance data to identify opportunities for improving sales, profitability and team performance while upholding safety and compliance across the branch.

• Drive branch sales and margin plans to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
• Build relationships with trade customers to support retention, account growth and new business.
• Use performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities to boost sales and profitability.
• Coach colleagues to develop product knowledge, commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• Support the wider branch management team and take responsibility when acting as the senior leader on duty.
• Ensure all safety, security and compliance procedures are followed.
