• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver fast, friendly and efficient service.
• Manage daily operation of the sales desk to meet KPIs and provide excellent customer service.
• Drive branch sales and margin plans to achieve targets and grow profitable new business with trade customers.
• Utilize performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving sales, profitability and team performance.
• Coach colleagues to enhance product knowledge, commercial awareness and customer service skills.
