Job summary

Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to deliver outstanding service at our venues. You will primarily assist customers and step up to supervise when needed, earning an enhanced rate for supervisory duties.

Shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends, with flexibility across 5 days per week. You will welcome guests, promote offers, handle cash, serve refreshments and assist with opening/closing procedures while ensuring compliance with Challenge 25 and gambling

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Ability to supervise a small team when required
• Cash handling and accuracy
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of gaming compliance or gambling legislation is a plus

Responsibilities
