Job summary

Luxury Leisure seeks a venue supervisor to oversee the floor and staff on shift, stepping in as manager when needed. The role demands full flexibility across 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends, with duties spanning service, promotions and events.

You will handle cash, assist in banking, promote offers, and ensure high standards of customer service while complying with Challenge 25 and gambling law. A £1.50 hourly uplift applies for hours between 11pm and 6am.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a venue floor and staff is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Comfort with promotions, events, and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the venue floor and staff on shift.
• Act as manager in their absence.
• Carry a master cash float.
• Support in collections and banking.
