Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Fort William is seeking a part-time Customer Service Supervisor to join our store team. This 20-hour-per-weekrole requires flexibility to work shifts from 7:00 to 20:30, across store hours seven days a week.

You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the team delivers excellent service and maintains store standards while safeguarding company assets.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
