Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Lisburn is recruiting a Customer Service Supervisor for Sprucefield Retail Park. This permanent, part-time role requires 16 hours weekly and flexibility for daytime, evenings and weekends.

You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, deliver outstanding customer service, and help develop the team while safeguarding assets and driving store profitability.

• Experience supervising a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong numerical and problem solving skills.
• Flexible approach and a can do attitude.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Sprucefield Retail Park, Lisburn!This is a permanent, part time role, working 16 hours a weekand will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
